Summary[]
To evaluate the Vulture Squadron and identify their shortcomings, the General sends a movie director to film them.
Plot[]
After another attempt to catch Yankee Doodle Pigeon which ends in Dick Dastardly crashing into a wall, Dastardly gets a call from the general. The general tells him that he's sending a movie director to film their attempts at capturing Yankee Doodle Pigeon and find out what's preventing them from catching the pigeon. After telling the news to the rest of the squad, the director arrives in his personal plane and begins filming.
